چکیده

The ongoing age is the time of sustainability, where in current pandemic scenario, which getting worse, needs treatment with nature rather than chemical-based products. In this study, microwaves (M.W. rays) treatments as extraction mode for Esfand ( P. harmala) have been revived polyamide (nylon) dyeing. water solubilized and acid filtrates (nylon fabrics) were treated M.W. rays up to 10 min an interval 2 min. Mordanting chemicals plant extracts before after dyeing was done at 60°C–80°C. It has found application ray 4 min., 30 mL extract 8 pH containing g/100 Table salt leveling agent given desired results when employed 55°C 55 Statistical analysis variables through R.S.M., two way-Anova shows that effect these observed highly significant. Experimentally it fabric) good chemical or bio-mordanted selected conditions. Practically, seeds ability bio-coloration surface modified fabric fabric), utilization pomegranate bio-mordant tannic sustainable mordant furnished colorfast shades.

Eco-friendly Dyeing of Viscose Fabric with Reactive Dyes

Water-soluble polymers have versatile applications but they are hardly used in wet processing of cellulosic substrates (cotton, viscose, jute, etc.), particularly in dyeing. In this paper, one such water-soluble polymer, polyacrylic acid has been synthesized, characterized and applied to viscose fabric in conjunction with various types of reactive dyes, namely triazinyl, vinyl sulphone, high ex...

Comparison of dyeing of polyester fibers with natural dye and bio-mordant

In this study, dyeing of two regenerated polyester fibers, poly-trimethylene terephthalate (PTT) and poly-lactic acid (PLA), with natural dyes were compared with that of poly-ethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber. Lac was used as the primary natural colorant while Catechu was chosen as a natural color that can also act as a biomordant. The effects of temperature, initial pH of dye bath and dyeing ...

Prospects of Fabric Dyeing Using Biochromes

The enormous usage of synthetic dyes in various industries, chiefly textiles and paper industries, has posed a considerable health and environmental hazard. This dictates the need for amendment in the textile coloration technology by using natural origin pigments to replace the existing toxic, mutagenic and teratogenic dyes. Therefore, the scientists have recently focused their attention on app...
